chapter 18.1

 अर्जुन उवाच |

सन्न्यासस्य महाबाहो तत्वमिच्छामि वेदितुम् |
त्यागस्य च हृषीकेश पृथक्केशिनिषूदन  ||



arjuna uvācha

sannyāsasya mahā-bāho tattvam ichchhāmi veditum

tyāgasya cha hṛiṣhīkeśha pṛithak keśhi-niṣhūdana

keshi - demon in the form of horse whom lord Krishna had slayed in braj desh 

pritak - difference 

hrishikesha - lord of the senses 

sanyasa - renouncing the worldy actions 

tyaga - renouncing the desires to enjoy the fruits ofvaction 

here arjuna addresses lord Krishna as the mighty one ( maha baho), hrishi kesha and kesi nishudhana , I want to know the difference between sanyasa and tyga ..
